Black List Remdemption

I'm not going to watch this new series. I'm only still watching The Blacklist because of Spader. The man could entertain me reading a grocery list.

What say you?

I'll give it a few more episodes before I decide to bail.

I have also been watching "The Blacklist" since at least Season 2 and have to agree with you that Spader does indeed carry the show really well...especially with the way that he mixes humor with dark situations. With that being said, however, I did give "...Redemption" a try and found it to be just okay. I honestly never really cared about the "Tom Keen / Susan Hargrave" story line as I found it to be kind of boring. On that note, the good news is that this mini-series will only run about eight episodes before "The Blacklist" returns in April. The bad news, however, is that we will likely have to follow "...Redemption" for the next seven episodes as I have a feeling that the events in this program will directly tie into Season 5.

With overall viewership of "The Blacklist" on the decline, though, I would honestly be surprised if NBC renewed it for a sixth season.

On one last note, we do have a separate message board for both of these shows here, so if you wanted to continue the discussion of these shows, you can always do so there as well. Simply search for these shows in the above search bar and you're good to go. :)
