"A court in Canada just ordered that the Canadian government must pay for a mentally ill person's surgery to get both a penis and vagina attached because he's not "fully female nor fully male."

And not long from now our government will permit people with mental illness to have themselves killed under a program called MAiD (Medical Assistance in Dying) and that person from the article will probably be one of the first to sign up and get accepted.
