I just saw a Youtube ad of Biden personally asking for re-election support and charity

I was browsing on Youtube and this came up as an ad. Is he really serious about going for another term? He's done not much special for the country, and it's coming to my attention that he's following in Trump's footsteps (Trump was focused on winning at golf) by prioritizing travel vacation over his career.
