Do you think Russia want to drain the supplies against the world to win the war?

They bomb a location used for wheat export hours after signing a deal to get more wheat, and they cut off the gas pipeline suddenly, supposedly for "maintenance", and obviously they know of gas and food prices rising up. Do you think they want to deprive the world of resources, including those needed to survive, so they have a better chance of winning the war?
