He spoke about why each of the presidents featured in the monument is worth honoring, and defended Americans' free speech and historic greatness from the attacks of the totalitarian left. It also included too many worthwhile pithy one liners to list here, but the video is worth a watch if you haven't seen it. This one includes the intro by Governor Kristi Noem. The President takes the stage at 12:00 minutes in.

THE OP IS RIGHT...ITS A GREAT SPEECH...AS AN AMERICAN,THE ONLY WAY YOU COULD HAVE ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY WOULD BE IF YOUR CANT SEPERATE YOUR OPINIONS OF THE MAN GIVING THE SPEECH FROM THE SPEECH ITSELF.

yatzo, dust the cobwebs off the switch, turn your brain back on, wake up the echoes, and see if you can meet Kowalski's challenge. Set your TDS aside by forgetting the man making the speech.

Do you disagree with it substantively? If so be specific on which parts, and try your best to articulate an argument why.

He said the right things for his base to celebrate, but he’s not convincing enough for me.

Most of the people I saw in attendance weren't wearing masks. Not a good idea.

The substance of the speech is more important than the percentage of people choosing to wear masks. That's certainly what we were told when BLM riots threw social distancing out the window anyway.
