Whoops! Twitter blocks coronavirus 'misinformation' from T-rump allies Ghouliani and Charlie Kirkand

T-rump's two major allies - personal confidant and attorney Rudy Ghouliani and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk - were locked out of Twitter for violating the Twitter Rules regarding COVID-19 misinformation, according to CNN.

Ghouliani re-tweeted a post by Kirk, stating complete misinformation about the coronavirus and Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, but it was soon deleted by Twitter for violating the rules. Now, in place of the Tweet, it says: “This Tweet violated the Twitter Rules.”

Kirk's original post on Friday was also deleted, and now carries the same message: “This Tweet violated the Twitter Rules.”

Kirk's original post seems to be taken from a post by right-wing conspiracy nut Jim Hoft of Gateway Pundit, and which falsely claims that:

“Hydroxychloroquine is safe and in at least three international tests was found 100% effective in treating the coronavirus.”

In fact, there have been extremely limited studies that aren’t scientifically significant, neither of which show the drug to be “100% effective.” One of the studies showed no benefit at all from the treatment. But that didn't stop Kirk and Ghouliani fronm tweeting these conspiracy lies.

T-rump has repeatedly retweeted Kirk during the current pandemic at least 37 times according to one fact-finder, and has also given false information out from what he has learned by Hoft's Gateway Pundit.

78 out of 80 patients showed significant improvement.

“In conclusion, we confirm the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine associated with azithromycin in the treatment of COVID-19 and its potential effectiveness in the early impairment of contagiousness. Given the urgent therapeutic need to manage this disease with effective and safe drugs and given the negligible cost of both hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin, we believe that other teams should urgently evaluate this therapeutic strategy both to avoid the spread of the disease and to treat patients before severe irreversible respiratory complications take hold,” the team concluded.

Darren Dahly, a co-author of one of several critiques of the initial study and a principal statistician at the University College Cork School of Public Health, said it would be “egregious” to recommend treatments for millions of people based on such a small trial, regardless of its quality. “This is insane!” tweeted Gaetan Burgio, an Australian National University expert on drug resistance, noting what he sees as lapses in the 6-day trial, including inconsistent testing of virus levels in the patients.

It's amazing the hoops they will jump through to defend something stupid said by their cult leader. If Trump didn't say it, none of them would care that hydroxycholoroquine was a dud.

I can't believe the number of T-rumptards who are still in denial over the Corona Virus. Says something about the uneducated in America.
