Nimrata Haley bombs in round two of her VP audition; causes outrage over Confederate Flag comments

This has not been a good round of VP auditions for former US ambassador Nimrata Haley. About a month ago she bombed in Round One, when she went on a book tour pushing her book "With All Due Respect" in which she tried to throw other top T-rump officials under the bus, and it backfired spectacularly on her. The book bombed in sales (republican organizations put their money behind Donnie Diapers' book instead, inflating sales numbers to pretend it's #1) and the GOP left her for dead in the book aisle of WalMart.

Haley has tried again for Round Two of VP auditions, this time an interview this week with conservative host Glenn Beck, making wacko claims about the Confederate Flag; notably, that the Confederate flag was a symbol of “service, and sacrifice, and heritage” until convicted murderer Dylann Roof “hijacked” it.

“Here is this guy who comes out with this manifesto, holding the Confederate flag. And [he] had just hijacked everything that people thought of. We don’t have hateful people in South Carolina — there’s always the small minority, that’s always going to be there — but people saw it as service and sacrifice and heritage, but once he did that, there was no way to overcome it,” explained the former South Carolina Governor.

WTF? Her bizarre historical reference on the Confederate Flag caused outrage across the country, as Americans wondered if she knew anything at all about it's history. Some samplings of Tweets storming the internet:
