Well, yes, if you can move past the aging lead actor and the brashness of the wench who is opposite him.

Not one of my favorite Hitchcock's but most anything from that man is good if not great.

Every 10 years, the British cinema magazine Sight & Sound submits a survey to the major film critics of the globe that asks them to list the top ten greatest films of all time. For the longest while the number one spot was held by "Citizen Kane." Now that position is held by "Vertigo." :)

The thing is though you cannot watch "Vertigo" expecting some epic great film -- that will ruin the experience. it's basically a slow burn thriller, but boy does it pay off!
