Title of 80s movie (SOLVED)

This guy invents a potion that makes him irresistible to women.
Either him or his friend spills it over himself/ drinks it and now he's scared because women are after him.
He is hiding in a laundromat from a group of big women. They find him, to the sound of trumpeting elephants.
