Another Horror Movie!--SOLVED

This one is about a college professor who takes a handful of his students on a trip to...a cabin maybe? For some sort of weekend getaway/experiment/project? All sorts of zany, violent shenanigans occur, which I can't quite recall, definitely sexual infidelity and jealousy and murder, then in the end it turns out the professor is the bad guy who did all of this on purpose for some reason.

Good one, this is a much less serious movie though, more of a schlocky slasher than a big budget theater release.
