I'm looking for a Japanese or Chinese (Hong Kong?) fighting movie I saw in the 90s. It was in color, most probably not of the 90s (image quality seemed dated) and in one funny and oddball scene laser beams are emitted from the breasts of a woman.
Sounds like it's the sort of thing the landlady in Kung Fu Hustle would have done but it's been a few years since I saw it so can't say for sure. Was later than the 90's though.

Certainly not Kung Fu Hustle, because from 2004.
Yes, it has to be Ninja In The Dragon's Den! I remember that the laser beams were yellow and that the fight took place outside a building, in a non-urban place! Also, the fact that it is from Hong Kong and not Japan further confirms it. To my 90s mind, Japan provided anime, while cheap action movies with seemingly endless fighting were from another country, China.
