Clumsy chef character on kid’s show from ‘70s?

Just remember a kid’s show would have short clips of this crazy clumsy chef in a big white chef hat. The schtick was he’d drop all the food or knock over a wall of pans or fall into a big cake. There was no dialogue, just Charlie Chaplin style slapstick comedy set to music.

Anyone know what show this was on?
