[SOLVED.]Children's book from the 90s with orange, black and white cartoon cat that wore clothes

SOLVED: It's Richard Scarry's books.

Someone please help. I've been trying really hard to recall the name of this book or at the very least the name of the character in the books.

This was a childhood book of mine from the 90s with a white cat with black and orange tipped ears. The cat wore clothes.

I get the sense that this cat I'm thinking of wasn't limited to just that one book. It was probably a series and the publisher used the cat for several books.

1. The book didn't have a story. It just showed pictures of different characters with simple instructions like "spot the number of cats/beds/whatever." There were a lot of cats in various scenes and scenarios.
2. It featured a white cat with black and orange tipped ears. It was a drawing/picture of a cat, not a photograph of a real cat. The cat wore clothes so it was an anthropomorphic cat. The cat was cute and short, not tall or lanky. It was a "quiet" cat like Hello Kitty because it didn't really speak or say phrases, it would just pose in various scenes and scenarios. The book and art style was definitely American though because it wasn't drawn in an anime style, it was drawn with a lot of detail.
3. One scene in the book shows the inside of a house, if the house didn't have a fourth wall, so you could see what was going on inside all of the rooms. (For example, if you've ever played with a doll house, doll houses are usually cut in half. This way you can see the rooms. For another example, if you've ever watched the show Umbrella Academy, there's a scene that shows all of the family members dancing in separate rooms. The camera pans out and shows everyone in different rooms at once, but the reason you can see them all at once is because the camera's point of you shows an "exposed house" that literally doesn't have a fourth wall).
4. In the childhood book I'm looking for, there was a page that shows an exposed "half house" where you could see what a bunch of different characters were doing in different rooms. The white cat with orange and black tipped ears had a lot of friends and family that were all cats/animals. One character was in a bath tub, one character was in a bedroom, etc.
5. If I recall correctly, there were no humans in the world of the book. There might have been other types of animals but I can't recall.
6. For some reason, I keep thinking the Berenstein Bears were somehow mixed up in this book and were characters that were available for counting, but they probably weren't. The Berenstein books were totally different. However, this book was published around the time the Berensteins were popular, so maybe that's why they entered my mind. I was also considering maybe the publisher put all their popular characters in one book to help kids count, but I doubt it. Solved: The Berenstein bears were not in it, but the book did have its own bear family.
