Looking for a film where there is a boy and he follows a womanising man...

Hi,

I am looking for a fim where there is this young boy and he follows this womanising man thoughout the course of the film. The man is mentoring the boy to be a womaniser too. There is a scene with a passed out chick. The actor who plays the man looks like Michael Fassbender, but it is not him. It is a fairly new film.

Any ideas what it could be?
