Ric or Ken Burns documentary on American carnivals [SOLVED]

I looked up the IMDB pages for both brothers and could not find a particular documentary one of them did for PBS. I remember seeing it back in 2000 or 1999 and one haunting segment showed an elephant being executed via electricity for accidentally killing a child or a trainer during a show. Does this ring a bell with anyone and was it titled differently?
