Is there any possible to have a remake of it ?

Personally I wouldn't want a remake. I think it's fine in all it's hokey, cheesy, glory! Getting the DVD for my birthday this month!

It's of it's time. That's part of the charm. A late 90s Sci-Fi/Action/Horror creature feature B-movie. It doesn't take itself too seriously. It would be hard to recapture the fun factor this one had.

This film sits alongside the likes of Anaconda (1997), Deep Blue Sea (1999), Lake Placid (1999) & Eight Legged Freaks (2002).

It's always possible.

Yeah, let's remake it, with more CGI, an unrealistically diverse cast, and a white bad guy. Let's get Treat Williams back and he can stand three steps behind the white female lead at all times while she constantly ridicules and emasculates him.
