"Win"?? What on earth are you babbling about? He lost a Long Time Ago. This is just a determination of monetary damages. . .there's no possible "win" here, for this sociopath.

Your confusion aside, his rapidly diminishing legal maneuvers are limited by not only the facts of this case, but the other cases he's Going To Lose As Well. He's going to end up in jail, broke. As he should.
