Can you describe what the leader of the goons looked like? Like, was he a White guy? Bodybuilder type? Beard/no beard? Long hair?
I keep being reminded of Cyborg (1989) when picturing the scene you described, but I don't think there is a scene like that in the film.

A. badly acted – Can be funny and entertaining in how badly acted it is
B. poorly written – Shit writing can sometimes be hilarious
