This is just too funny the replies keep shrinking and shrinking Yeah, and I liked the scenarios they used for the fights too, I read somewhere that Cameron Díaz was going to play Sonya but she was recasted on the last minute when she injured herself so the new actress didn't have the time for training like the others, maybe that's why her fight scenes weren't good. Those movies were nothing like the first one, they ruined Angela's character with that over the top personality change, having her "punish" the other kids and delivering those cringewhorty lines on camera took away the suspense and mystery that made the first movie so good, it was turned into a black humor parody which in my opinion would have worked better if it wasn't named sleepaway camp at all. And that decapitation scene was so memorable that it inspired one of the most memorable and creative kills in a horror movie: Carly's death in Wrong Turn (2003), her head being split in 2 by an axe up in a tree and her body falling and hitting the tree branches. As Brenda herself states: You weren't driving, but it was your car! And you were there, Natalie! And on top of that Natalie makes out with Brenda's new love interest, I guess that was enough reason for her to get crazy on Natalie, but still doesn't really make sense why she kills all those people who weren't even her real friends in the beggining, she should've killed her right away, for some reason she just decided to play more with Natalie. Tosh Guaneri I always got those impressions too, changing Prue so much is what hurt me the most and she was never the same Prue from season 1, I always see the first three seasons as if season 1 revolves around Prue, season 2 about Piper and season 3 about Phoebe (however the latter had too much spotlight in the upcoming seasons), but season 2 just feels all over the place with all those storylines going on so randomly, and the love triangle between Piper, Dan and Leo got boring fast, I just couldn't stand Dan and her niece, so annoying. Season 1 was the best and season 3 was a lot better than 2. Sara, she also had final girl material Alice part 1 - the best final girl Sarah part 4 - her character was really likeable Violet part 5 - she was really cool and I think should have had a bigger role J.J. part 8 - Same as Violet I was so dissapointed when she was killed off that quickly she had an amazing attitude and energy, she should've been the final girl in that movie When she kills Mrs. Vorhees she does get in the lake on a boat, it's not like the policeman says "we pulled you out of the water in the middle of the lake" he clearly says "we thought you were dead too" which means she was too tired or unconsious, maybe she was by the lakeside when they found her, maybe she was still on the boat, the scene with Jason is obviously a dream as Jason would be a grown man by the time, is it really that hard to digest? She didn't need to be concious or awake when she was rescued. LOL This thread is just too funny with all these replies, the messages keep shrinking and shrinking and shrinking... A young Dave Gahan and Tom Holland Ok so I just read the script and there is a part in which Nancy does give Kristen her two remaining pills of hypnocil the night Freddy kills Jennifer, but there is no sign of this scene being filmed at all, obviously would have been better if they included this scene in the film. This is the part extracted from the script: <blockquote>INT. KRISTEN'S ROOM - NIGHT Kristen lies in bed. Nancy sits nearby in a chair -- it seems she may keep an all-night vigil. She notices an array of gymnastics posters taped to the wall. NANCY You like gymnastics? KRISTEN (nods) I was on the team at school. (beat) I was never very good, though. NANCY We're not always as good at things as we'd like. KRISTEN Yeah, but I was really not good. They laugh softly. KRISTEN Yeah, but I was really not good. They laugh softly. KRISTEN (cont.) I'm glad you're here. Nancy pauses, wrestling with a decision. She digs into her purse, pulls out her bottle of Hypnocyl, and shakes the contents into her hand. Just two pills left. She gives them to Kristen. KRISTEN (cont.) What are they? NANCY (softly) They'll keep the dreams away. For tonight.</blockquote> The ending previous the dream sequence at the very end did happen, Freddy killed Nancy's mom as she said in part 3 that she died in her sleep, the dream sequence apparently happened too and that would be the reason Nancy is on hypnocil since then till part 3, I guess Freddy was too weak to kill Nancy in that dream sequence and she started to take hypnocil right after that so she would be safe from him. lol you are right! but that was lazy writting I guess I love it, it has a tragic romeo and juliet tone througout the whole movie that just blends well with the soundtrack score and the climatic massacre sequence, the ending is one of my favourites ever, it leaves you with a deep depressing feeling when you see Jesse just standing there crying with an empty look reflecting forever in that mirror, brilliant. I'm actually in the minority that felt sorry for her, she was more like a tragic character, she was the most nervous and innocent of the group, she had a weak mind and had to bear more trauma as she witnessed her beloved one being viciously killed in front of her, I liked her character because she was more realistic in that way (let's be honest, we probably wouldn't be that smart and tough in that situation) I did hate when she screamed at the watchtower and laugh when Chris almost fell in that bear trap. In the trivia section of IMDb is stated that in the original script Gary was openly gay but it was dropped later when filming. The raves of course, they were the hit back in the day I've watched The Final Chapter like two times but as far as I remember, the Alice we see in all the movies was always a clone from Alicia Marcus, in Apocalypse, Alice does die in the helicopter crash but Isaacs reanimated her with another variant from the T-virus that gave her powers and implants her with some sort of chip to control her.
