Benni's father mentioned that Benni had diabetes, and if he didn't get food and insulin regularly, he would lapse into a coma. That's probably how he died.

I agree. He put the victim in bed - essentially staging the scene - before killing himself. True to form.
I agree 100%. She has a classic aquiline nose and she is all the more gorgeous because of it.
At least what we presumed was the victim's hair. It was actually his mother's, just as he had told Katie it was. Really sad, when you think about it (at least from child Paul's perspective).
Remember Stella telling Paul near the end that rather than caring for him as a person, she only wanted to keep him alive so that she could see him locked away for the rest of his life? His suicide was the ultimate f-you to her. In his warped mind, he did evade justice. I don't know that that was the character's prime motivation in killing himself, but in the end his actions did have that consequence.
