To be honest, that's a very bad part of the movie. But the beginning and especially the end are pretty good and makes the film good overall.

He was about to win the last battle but then the English got Prussians reinforcements and won. The monarchies didn't want to kill an emperor because it would set a bad precedent so they exiled him on the rock instead, which was pretty rough considering how magnanimous he was when he won battles.
He was not attacking other countries much. Most of the time the monarchies were teaming up to attack and defeat him so he had to engage.
The movie does not show Napoleon as stupid and vain but rather as socially weird.
Well high school is not a free pass. The morality of the situation is still dubious.

There is many references to historical figures (all white) in the movie for some weird goal. Napoleon is showed twice with a long emphasis on him the second time they showed him. Now what is Napoleon having anything to do with neo-nazis ? So yeah it wasn't just about bashing on neo-nazis,

I agree with all you said. Also, at the end, the young corporate guy tells Erin she will need to be ready to work 24 hours on 24 implying that Erin will most probably abort or had already.
