It's a fun movie. Not worth going to the theater! But there was 1 scene...

I agree. He had a last hope of Sam fearing his mom's death, calling the cops. Or even, he could fight Sam and not die. When death is the ultimate way out you'll lean onto anything to try and avoid it. Why would he kill himself? Makes no sense.

About Sattem, there's a theory where Jonah shot the cookie jar and not Sattem, therefore destroying the one evidence he had against the Byrds. I don't know anything about forensics, and wouldn't know if shooting a jar full of ashes and the remains with a shotgun could in fact destroy DNA evidence. My guess would be no, it doesn't. But it's theory I read somewhere.
That poker scene is a pretty good one, though. The whole service at that house is super weird. I loved how Josh Brolin speaks with his eyes. And the devil's story. Fitted super well with the atmosphere.

Agree! Also, I think that those conversations with Alex in her head were just too long. It would break the flow of the scene. The rest of the series is good :)

Oh, yeah. I loved them all. He even told one of them when entering the dangerous part of the jungle, into that tribe. They say something like "Really, now?" and he goes "I'm sorry, now I can't turn it off"... That was a good one too! :)
I must've said it a hundred times during this movie. But I've always been a big fan and found her charming and beautiful. :D
I never saw any "watch free with ads".
I'm currently in Brazil. That's probably it, then.
