I didn't notice it but now that I'm looking at it paused, I can see what you're saying.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that if Chuck had a will, Jimmy's name wouldn't be anywhere near it. It's kind of hard to picture a lawyer as big as Chuck not having a will with all loose ends tied up.

She fell asleep. If you watch is closely, her head starts to lean over after she finishes talking. It's very subtle.
It definitely felt like they were trying to follow what The Leftovers did. I liked Bloodline, but it could have been better.
I would say the show got better when she came along. But, I wouldn't say it was better because she came along. It just seems that the Star Trek shows take a few seasons to get situated.
Funny, when I watched the final episode, I kind of forgot that she went scuba diving, hinting at her committing suicide. As much as I liked this show, there were times when it would just veer left for no reason.
The episode where Tuvok explained why Vulcans surpress their emotions really opened up the Tuvok character for me. It also did a good job expanding the Vulcan race for the Star Trek universe. I believe this was the episode

I just hope we get a proper ending whenever that may be. I definitely feel that another season would be needed for that to happen.
