Not sure where in my post the name "Biden" appeared... I don't like him either, but on his worst day he's less dangerous for our country than Cheeto Man is. See, all you MAGAtards see only what you want to see... I "support" Biden because the alternative orange lunatic, who already tried to discard election results and have himself installed as a dictator once before, is 100x worse than a president who means well but probably doesn't have enough going on upstairs to be president anymore...
See how you and I are different? I'm willing to acknowledge that the person I am forced to support (since the alternative was and is way worse) is, while in no way shape or form a "strong" leader, at least doesn't deliberately provoke every country on earth into hating us. And yeah, I think at this point the US supporting genocide in Gaza is f*cking insane... But then, even Trump supports that, so it's not like that whole shit show would be any better under Trumpian rule... :-P
Leaders of today are an absolute joke. They're only in it for the money and power. Keeping America strong economically, with a reliable infrastructure, and encouraging cooperation around the world should be their job, but nowadays they just plan their policy for short term growth and long term decline. But when the choice is between an orange dictator and a guy who's more of an ineffective peacemaker that's too damn old to be running our country... I'll take the ineffective guy every time... It's the difference between doing little to nothing and slowly pushing us towards societal collapse and pouring napalm on an already raging disaster. Trump's the napalm guy. That's a hard pass for me.

I think you suffer from DDS myself... Democrat Derangement Syndrome. Just by virtue of being Democrats, you think they're deranged... The problem is not with Trump haters.. It's with Trump's mindless cult followers...
And yes, before you say it, there are some Democrats who look at people of their own party like they can do no wrong... And I disagree with their cult-like devotion as well.
If anything I have a generalized PDS (politician derangement syndrome) tho I have HUNDREDS of years of political history to judge my disdain for the political scene... Unlike small minded people such as yourself, I am willing to recognize that both major parties are an absolute mess, and should NOT be leading our country... But since the mainstream media has convinced Americans that there's no other way, people in Independent parties never get a fair chance. Money buys elections, and Independents don't have the money to compete with the Elephants and the Donkeys of American democracy...

Roz, I think is a bit of a trickier situation... I get where you're coming from, but I actually think they did the opposite with Roz and Gurgs... Roz was very anti-social. She didn't like attention and she was always grumpy... Gurgs clearly loves to be in the spotlight, as she's constantly trying to get people's attention. She's very loud and goofy, much like Bull, but also as a black, heavyset woman who can be kinda bi-polar mood wise, she invokes a lot of similarities with Roz too. In all honesty, I think what they did with Gurgs is combine the personalities of Roz and Bull. If you think about it, it actually makes a lot of sense. Neither one of them is like Bull Shannon, but when you put the two characters together, they actually do have a lot of similarities, IMHO... :-)
With the introduction of people like the mysterious fiancé of Addison, having some deeper ties to the govt than merely the QL project... And this new character from S2E10, Gideon Ridge, who clearly looks like a guy capable of starting an evil leaper program... I think we've found our new arch-nemesis.
....In order to be discriminated against, you kinda have to have LESS power than the other person/group... After all, you can't discriminate if you wield no ability to effect others in a negative way. By and large, white people still hold the majority of power around the world... Certainly the majority of money too... Sooo... Until white people go thru thousands of years of enslavement, we will automatically have more power and privilege than the overwhelming majority of non-whites. Sooo... maybe u should just shut up and be thankful to be as privileged as you are, instead of demeaning those who aren't as privileged... It sounds like a decent idea to me.... ;-)
BWAHAHAHAHA... Sorry if you're used to being seen as the "superior" race, but white people are essentially just black people who evolved to have less melanin, due to their living in the northern part of the northern hemisphere for so long (and some other various genetic traits, too)... You see little boy, the reason "white people" are white, is because they've lived in areas that get less sun year-round, so their bodies adapted by producing less melanin. Melanin is the protein your body makes to prevent skin damage caused by the sun... It's also partly why "black people" are becoming less black than they were even a hundred years ago. You don't need a shit ton of melanin in the northern hemisphere. We simply don't get as much sun as they do towards the equator.
ALSO also, you know your ancestors were black once too, right?? Juuuust sayin. ;-)
Yeah but this movie takes place BEFORE all the others... So even if time travel wasn't involved (which the series never explicitly stated; as far as we know, they were just some species from a faraway world), they were still, in terms of technological, cultural, and even biological evolution, less advanced than they would have been in Predator 1, 2, etc.
So it makes sense that the predator in this movie wasn't as advanced as the others. It was at least 100+ years earlier than previous movies.

I mean, they say time slows down when you're in perilous fear (and I'd say a doctor about to drive a metal rod into your brain qualifies as perilous fear)... So yeah, it's not a stretch to think that the few seconds between sitting down and the doctor driving a rod into her brain was enough for Babydoll to escape into a fantasy world for a while. What she imagined to be days or weeks in her head may well have been just seconds... Because the horror of being lobotomized slowed time down so much that she imagined this entire fantastical world just to escape reality.
I feel like maybe the writer didn't know what to DO with the rest of the cast... Or more likely they didn't have the funds to keep the actors on set for more of the movie. With kids on set, you gotta make time for schoolwork, keep within child labor laws, deal with parents' demands, etc. It's all very costly and constraining on the project, I'm sure. So they were given an intro, the actual movie happened, and they showed up just in time for the conclusion... That means they only had to be on set for a limited amount of time, which costs filmmakers less, and cuts production time down too. You know what I mean?
Well, yeah, but I guess the assumption is that while reaching his demonic hands in to take out the tumors, his arms heal too... But... I dunno, he still lost enough of his blood to be considered clinically dead... So it's still a plot hole.
One would hope... But seeing as how America has proven over and over again how utterly stupid they are in electing people like Trump, Bill Clinton, Bush the 2nd, etc. it really does speak volumes as to how dumb and sad our society has become.
