Does Miles' dad still think Spider-Man killed Uncle Aaron? *spoilers*

Back in the first movie, Jefferson is on the scene when Miles/Spider-Man is over Uncle Aaron's dead body. Jefferson tells Spider-Man to turn around and put his hands up, but he (Spidey) flees the scene.

It's very similar to the scene in this movie where Captain Stacy comes in right after Peter dies, and thinks Spider-Girl is a murder. But back to Jefferson, does he still think Spidey is a murderer? It's been a while since I've seen the first movie.
