It tried.

The cast, sets, and costumes were good. I picked out the Werewolf immediately (hint: it's the one character that's quirky but not townsfolk quirky).

The pacing, directing, and jokes were the issue. The Movie feels long. At an hour in, I was disengaged. The Werewolf is in the last 5 minutes. The situation is resolved in two minutes.

The jokes don't land most of the time which sucks because you can see why they should be funny. But they're not.

I really like Sam Richardson and Milana Vayntrub. They did well together. The Movie just didn't work.
