Pretentious and convoluted

S1 of Loki was decent. Loki is the god of mischief and villainous but his arc is trending towards being good and self sacrificial which is very odd over the Marvel movies. Still, S1 was interesting to an extent with the TVA despite so many odd and silly things.

S2 continues the TVA and He Who Remains (even though this makes no sense given everyone else also remains and he can go to any moment in time where everyone exists) is again the main person. The actor who played him is fantastic and I really was amazed by his dialog delivery style and mastery over the scene. He outshone Loki and Owen Wilson clearly and was a good thespian.

The concepts of SciFi were utter rubbish - they're outside "time" but they themselves are moving forward in "time" as well. Meaning they're themselves in a "timeline" outside "time". Very silly and convoluted. They have people dressed like 60s NASA scientists but no one panics or is really involved apart from say 5 people tops. The building exists and you can see other things and buildings from the single curved corridor everyone runs around but no idea what's there. The whole B-15 agent was not required in the story and added no value. O.B. was a good actor but poorly used. The whole Groundhog day segment fell through laughably. Apparently "centuries" have passed (and they're inexplicably using Earth time for measurement?) for Loki become Stephen Hawking or Einstein level physicist and after repeated attempts by the 1890s Timely (ridiculous name honestly, what's this? 7th grade fan fic?) to shoot something into the "sacred timeline" device to expand it to allow it to fit more branch strands etc. was just laughable. And then Loki does it anyway to become the master of time? which now looks like some tree?

It's all unexplained, silly, over the top convoluted and very pretention pseudo intellectual psycho babble honestly. And Ms. Minutes - laughable. Is it a digital program in the real world? How? Is it some device? How can it expand like that to scare people and do some things and interact with real world. It's all nonsensical

While they put effort into the show's production quality and cast, it's all just whatever honestly. Loki sometimes goes into past self conscious, sometimes as a dupe to taze himself etc. Nothing is really explained like Time Slipping, everything is very laisez-faire and convoluted and just 6 episodes of basically not much at all.

It was very hard to root for anything or anyone and I just wanted to finish the measly 6 episodes.

The female Loki variant was not good and I didn't care for Loki variants that now are women, animals etc. Does not make any damn sense. The whole pruning makes no sense. The whole sacred timeline makes no sense. The whole "army of Kangs" will appear if he dies makes no sense and it did not even happen except a few people breathlessly screaming it for no reason while the rest of the TVA office was just working their normal office workday.

This is just a bad show. A much better variant (hah) is "What If?" Now that cartoon had a ton more interesting things going on honestly told much better. I also liked the "Ms Marvel Khan" one. "Wandavision" was interesting and decent.

I don't think I need the Disney+ anymore if this is the content.

I'd rate Loki S2 at 4/10 honestly. I like Scifi, time travel etc. but nothing was handled well there.

Oh I love SciFi and I'm all for suspension of disbelief. But in a make believe world, logic has to still exist and things have to still make sense.

This show does not have much sense and it doesn't explain anything and just has things mumbo jumbo all over the place. You'll find in other comments the same sentiment. That it is a mismash of nonsense put together without making much sense in the created Universe and without any logical explanations in its own world.
