Last act felt a bit rushed.

It's not clear why the house attacks the wife if it wants her to find the girl's body(?). And why she moves in it anyway despite her husband and friend having died violently there.

Other than that, this movie was a nice surprise overall. kept my attention and moved quickly without padding.
