Agreed. Those shows are shit. This is a lot better though annoying in its own way. If it's renewed, I hope they start from the beginning with fresh characters.

It's better in a different way because they don't have the slowdown in moralizing or people getting to deeply know each other and just an hour of talk, talk, talk. It's just straight out bleepin' fast paced survival and I'm watching AGAIN, which I hardly EVER do with a tv series or movie.

Agreed. Much better than those garbage TWD and more garbage FTWD. No dumb, emotional moments, no some cheap action shootings, no those endless dumb dialogs. This is completely different level TV show. Also I like zombies here. They remind us zombies from "28 Weeks Later", which is amazing zombie movie. Oh, and music is also very eerie and creepy.
