Anyone watching?

Just got started on the 1st episode. It's okay but the dialogue and pitch does not resonate with the 70s era, most actors talk in today's tone which bugged me, but hey I like the costumes and set design.

Feels a bit forced so far. Have you seen Almost Famous, The Runaways or Still Crazy?

I’ve been watching it. It looked like it was going to be a fun watch, but thus far I’m sorely disappointed. I’m a huge fan of Riley Kehough, or I was, until this. She completely sucks the energy out of every scene she’s in. Her smug know it all grins make me wanna puke. We’re led to believe she’s such a talent that the worlds hottest music producer is just begging her to make an album with him as she keeps turning him down to sling hash at the greasy diner. I’d rather be a 50 cent an hour waitress than allow my music to be shaped by this world famous producer. Okay. How pathetic.
