Lazy cinematography

The desaturation and use of vignettes seems kind of amateurish and too obvious like the editors just added a filter to the picture trying to make the film look “edgy” without actually being so. Also the 2.35 aspect ratio doesn’t really seem to work with this film. The shot seem like they were framed for 16:9 and the editors cropped the frame to 2.35 in the hopes of giving it a more “cinematic” look but it comes off as pretentious.
