If Sofi is injured, why doesn’t she just sit on the bench? I’m pretty sure it isn’t a rule that every player has to play and is the ref seriously going to be like “oh she has a hurt knee, sorry you forfeit”. And yeah that exhibition game at the end, the stakes have literally never been lower.

shareSince when is that a rule? Also they said that they needed 10 players, not everyone, if the team had a 14 players then 4 could have sat on the bench. Although in the beginning they only needed six so what changed?
So then why doesn’t Sofi just skate for a couple of seconds then get pulled off (although again I’m pretty sure that isn’t a rule mostly because it’s unenforceable). This was bad writing , they just threw this nonsense rule at us at the last minute because it was needed for the plot to move forward
