Is it just me, or was there something odd about the landscape as seen from the car window?

Did anyone notice the way that during the car journey home, whenever the camera was pointing towards Lucy/Louisa and showing us the view out of the passenger side window, the background didn't move ? As if the car was really static? But when the camera was facing the other way, towards Jake and showing us the view out of the driver's side window, the landscape rolled past as you'd expect if the car was moving.

Or did I just imagine this?

From the quick look I took I see moving landscape out her window on their way to his parent's house. The return trip it's dark and snowing so I don't see any landscape at all. Just a quick look at things though.

I was convinced they hadn't even moved from the parents house for ages until I saw the odd light to past.
