At the end they arrested him as they thought he killed the maid. But it doesn't seem they can charge him right?. He definitely have alibi as he was with his son. & He can tell the police about Moose invasion that night. Even Moose posted in his social media when he's stalking Hunter when he stayed at his house after he accidentally killed the maid.
