Who plays Santa Claus in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parades?

When I have seen Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade every year I have noticed that Santa Claus is really festive and looks very traditional and I want to know who plays the role of Santa Claus in the parades every year? Because whoever they choose makes Santa Claus so cool
