It's okay

Pros:
- Well made
- Decent mystery element
- Fairly bloody murder scenes

Cons:
- 30+ minutes until the first traces of horror come into play
- Too many bit-part characters clogging up space
- Characters who just disappear
- A few actors waaaay too old to be playing students

I correctly guessed the killer in the last 20-ish minutes due to the way the film was edited, but the motive and semi-twist made for a decent surprise.
