Your first clue: "It's the wrath of gaaawd!" (spoiler)

Right from the start these dumb-ass parents didn't see the signs. It got worse as it went along, and they make excuse after excuse. (Killing the dog, almost drowning the baby, tying up the mom, etc...) Idiotic contrived scenarios to create unrealistic drama. The only thing interesting in this movie was the concept of how damaging religion can be. Other than that, this movie was a waste of time.
