Possible spoilers for those who have not seen The Karate Kid 3.
For those who have not seen the movie, watch it. Great 80s style movie. Terry Silver was one of the coolest over the top bad guys of any franchise. Thomas Ian Griffith did a great job of acting Terry Silver, the rich evil guy. That would be so cool if he returns to Cobra Kai. Thomas Ian Griffith is actually younger than Ralph Macchio in real life.
He retired from acting almost 15 years ago. He prefers to work behind the scenes now. When asked he said he had no interest in returning to the role. The only things I've seen that say he is coming back are fan made things like YouTube videos.
If Silver does return, maybe they can get him to change his mind or they'll just recast the role.
That is a shame if they can't get him to come back. Won't be the same with a different actor. I don't think anyone else can really be as good playing Terry Silver.
