Bleccch! Is the story good, at least?

I read reviews saying this film was shot using an iPhone. Why? It's hideous to look at. It totally distracted me from the plot/ story. Couldn't get more than 5 minutes into the film.

Will I miss out if I don't give this movie a second chance? Is it truly worth seeing?

I thought the movie was pretty good but I'm easily entertained. Instead of relying on stranger's opinions just watch the movie and make up your own mind.
