Is Disney planning to remove one of the sayings on Barley's vest in Onward?

I have been hearing a rumor that Disney is removing one of the patches from Barley's vest in Onward and I would like to know if it's true? According to what I read the phrase "Quest Or Die" is offensive and Disney is gonna replace it with a better phrase. If it's true will the vests of the Barley plushes be redesigned with the new phrase and will my Barley plush be collectible?
