Sharon’s pregnancy

Sharon would have been around two and a half months pregnant during the majority of OUATIH. I wonder if QT directed MR to play Sharon like she was pregnant although it wasn’t mentioned in that part of the movie? To me, it looked like she had a very happy and content look on her face while she was driving to pick up the book.

Or maybe it wasn’t a consideration at all…
