YELLOW!!!

Anyone have any thoughts as to the color YELLOW being extremely prominant in the movie? Mostly the clothing. I'm thinking QT may be referring to the "golden age" of hollywood, but that seems a little on the nose. Love it either way though.

Also, lots o' scenes bathed in pre-sunset light. just saying :)

Anyone else?

Pre-sunset, like just after sunrise, is a great time for photography just because the quality of the light makes everything look more interesting.

A lot of the film is made to resemble what TV looked like in 1969. Maybe that was just slightly more yellow in those days because of the technology they used.
