Season ending with a twist within a twist....Spoilers

Just finished watching the last episode earlier today. I have seen some other films/series where where they include a double twist combo, but this had multiple surprises. I suspected that Christina's blood was fake, however, I never foresaw the fake identity. I think it ended with a decent closure so it may be open for a possible season two.
