A Vagina Thrown On A Table?

I don't think Koop killed her, but his story about an officer throwing a bag with her vagina in it on a table doesn't seem believable to me.

I believe all the victims, and there's so much admitted... If you ever do see this, pause when you see a quick image of the newspaper and read it all.
