I would have liked to see...

...what she saw herself looking like when she looked in the mirror, kind of like Jack Black's POV in Shallow Hal versus the actual person. I understand it isn't the point since it was how she felt and therefore a message about confidence in yourself leading to bigger and better things, but it would have added a more interesting aspect to the movie.
