The last radfeminist on Earth is really unhappy with John Connor running the resistance so she reprograms a T-800 and sends it back in time to kill lil' John. Then she sends another reprogrammed terminator to her own past to make sure she will be backed by a killing machine once the war starts which will allow her to become the leader of the resistance. She is a bit fuzzy on how she will win the war but there will be definitely an article in the new charter of the Resistance about calling terminators by proper gender-neutral pronouns and another one making sure every unit has at least 50% female commanders.

The first Terminator was basically a movie about normal people trying to establish a family and have children in a world where various transgender body modification creatures are trying to take over. People could win back in 1984. But these days the proud androids are everywhere so of course, the new Terminator movie is hardly possible.
