Watched, solid film, true story?

Know nothing about this, if it really happened or when. Recently was watching the news and there was a story about it being the 1 yr anniversary of the El Paso Wallmart shooting where 23 ppl were killed August 3rd, 3019. At first I had completely forgotten about this happening I was like "what shooting was this?" Then I remembered. So much horrific bad stuff happens we all just move on and forget about it until it's our turn, or it isn't.
