That fight scene with Jane the Ripper (spoilers).

SPOILERS - Oh my God. Yeah with the main character being a good guy hero and with Jane being a villainess, but still...

With the way he defeats her in that scene. I bet several reviewers or viewers became quite moralistic in their mind watching it.

Even James Bond when he battled female villains wasn't so vigorous.

But this guy...

My God. SPOILERS -

Violently stabs her with a sword. INSULTS her verbally. And then - takes the sword out and SPOILERS - kicks her into that fountain with his leg (!).

My oh my. Even if she was bad and it was all self defence and understandable but still...

And he is portrayed and presented as a good guy hero here.

Even if I am not too offended or anything, I can't deny that this part in a way does put something on my brain in a perhaps understandable but still kinda disturbing sort of way.

Kinda like that scene in "Get Carter" (1971) with Margaret even if Caine's character in that movie wasn't quite a "hero" or an outright villain but an anti-hero in a way at least.
