Sheldon's alternate realities

The way he imagined talking to his dad for the last time is such a "normal" thing to do, it feels unusual for Sheldon. I did the same with the memory of the last time I saw my dad.

About the show's ending, I wish for an alternate reality where we didn't get to experience George's death. It was gruesome.

In a way, I would've felt much better if they were all at the photoshoot at 4pm, laughing, with the scene fading out slowly and Sheldon narating in the background that in that summer he left for college, his father died, and life changed forever. Georgie did this, Mary did that, Missy done that. The end.

But that ending wouldnt have given me the pain that I have for George passing and for this show ending.
Yet its a tv show, maybe I shouldnt feel pain from it...
Its both good and bad... like schrodingers cat.

I agree about the ending. Wasn't expecting that kind of ending at all. The show was a comedy, not a drama. I'm sure that ending caught a lot of people off guard, as I know it did me. I would have liked your ending much better. It's sad that most of the characters are understandably miserable during most of the final time we have with them.
