I KNOW THE CASE BUT DON'T FOLLOW IT MUCH....SO...WHO DID IT?

WHERE IS THE FINGER POINTING?....GENUINELY CURIOUS AFTER ALL THIS TIME WHAT THE CONSENSUS IS....IS THERE A CONSENSUS?

Most people still believe it was someone in the family, most popular theory is her brother Burke killed her and the parents covered it up. The family DNA did not match evidence found on little JonBenet's body but there were also a lot of mistakes made during the original investigation that caused a lot of problems.

This is a very good watch and I highly recommend watching it if you are interested in her case.

As of today, the case remains unsolved. The general consensus among law enforcement is that it was an intruder and that's according to most of the detective work done on the case. They've had several detectives work on it.

However, as others have said, CBS released this documentary and it's tailored made to make it look like her brother killed her. And it's not very open to other possibilities either. I mean, if this is the documentary I saw...

The saddest thing is that it looks like JonBenét will never get justice. It's been like what, almost 30 years since her death and no arrests made?

The biggest issue I have is with the crime scene itself, John Ramsey (JonBenét's father) left the house and went and got a relative or whoever it was and then when they got back home, they went downstairs into the basement area and just so happened to discover her body. I think this was a bit suspicious in my view. Why did he specifically go get that one person/relative to go with him, and then when they found her, they actually moved her body and brought her upstairs.

A man at John's age should absolutely know that you can't do that. It's now a crime scene and the detective needs to look at it before moving her body. It was pretty dumb what he did but this is not to say that someone in the family did it. Again, the case is unsolved and it looks like they'll never find her killer.

Burke did it. The crime is not unsolved; it's unresolved because of incompetence.

her brother got mad and knocked her over the head with a big metal flashlight

the parents washed it off and set it on the counter

when the cops checked it had no fingerprints, no dirt, no nothing
